Wellness Coaching in Chichester & West Sussex

Personalised Wellness Coaching to Help You Feel More Like Yourself Again

If you’re looking for wellness coaching in Chichester or West Sussex, I offer a supportive, practical approach designed to help you step back from the noise, understand what you need and make changes that actually fit your life.

Life can become incredibly busy. Work, family, relationships and everyday responsibilities can leave very little space for you. You may know that something needs to change but feel overwhelmed by where to begin.

My approach to wellness coaching isn’t about giving you another long list of things you should be doing.

Instead, I help you identify what is really affecting your wellbeing, decide what matters most and break change down into realistic, manageable steps.

The aim is simple: to help you feel less overwhelmed, more in control and better equipped to look after yourself.

Wellness Coaching That Starts With You

There is no single definition of wellness – and there certainly isn’t one routine that works for everybody.

Your life, responsibilities, health, energy levels and priorities are individual to you.

That is why I don’t offer a rigid, one-size-fits-all programme.

I start by listening.

Together, we look at where you are now, how you’re feeling, what isn’t working and what you would like to be different.

From there, I help you turn what can feel like an overwhelming collection of problems into clearer priorities and achievable actions.

This isn’t about creating a “perfect” lifestyle.

It’s about finding practical ways to feel better within the life you actually have.

Are You Feeling Overwhelmed by Wellness?

We are surrounded by advice about how we should live.

Sleep eight hours. Exercise. Meditate. Eat perfectly. Take supplements. Reduce stress. Look after your hormones. Improve your gut health. Spend less time on your phone. Make more time for yourself.

Even wellbeing itself can start to feel overwhelming.

You may have read the books, listened to the podcasts and saved hundreds of Instagram posts – but still don’t know what you actually need.

Sometimes the answer isn’t more information.

It’s having someone help you cut through the noise.

My role is to help you step back, identify your priorities and create a realistic approach that works for you.

What Can Wellness Coaching Help With?

You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal.

You may simply know that you don’t feel quite like yourself and want something to change.

Wellness coaching can help you explore areas such as:

  • Feeling overwhelmed or constantly “on”
  • Stress and burnout
  • Low energy
  • Difficulty prioritising yourself
  • Poor or inconsistent sleep routines
  • Creating healthier everyday habits
  • Making sustainable lifestyle changes
  • Finding more balance between work, family and yourself
  • Improving motivation and consistency
  • Setting realistic health and wellbeing goals
  • Making sense of conflicting wellness advice
  • Feeling stuck and unsure where to begin
  • Building greater confidence in your own health and wellbeing decisions

The starting point is always you – not a generic wellness checklist.

Wellness Coaching for Women in Midlife

For many women, their 40s and 50s can bring a significant period of change.

Hormones may be changing. Energy can feel different. Sleep may become more difficult. Work and family responsibilities can be intense, while children becoming more independent can create another shift in identity and priorities.

Sometimes you reach a point where you realise you’ve spent years looking after everybody else and aren’t entirely sure what looking after yourself should now look like.

This can also be the time when health and wellbeing suddenly feel much more important.

My approach isn’t about completely reinventing your life.

It’s about understanding where you are now and helping you create a way forward that feels manageable, positive and sustainable.

A Practical Approach to Wellness

Making changes sounds straightforward until real life gets involved.

That’s why I focus on practical change rather than perfection.

Instead of trying to overhaul everything at once, we can look at areas such as:

Sleep

What is getting in the way of restorative sleep and what realistic changes could support a better routine?

Stress & Overwhelm

Where is your energy going and what could help create more breathing space?

Lifestyle

Which everyday habits are helping you – and which ones aren’t?

Energy

Are you constantly pushing through tiredness rather than paying attention to what your body is telling you?

Self-Care

What would genuinely support you rather than simply becoming another task on your list?

Goals & Accountability

What would you like to change and what would make that change achievable?

Small, consistent changes are often far more sustainable than trying to transform everything overnight.

What Happens During Wellness Coaching?

1. We Look at Where You Are Now

We begin with a proper conversation.

What’s happening in your life? How are you feeling? What feels difficult? What is working well? And what would you most like to change?

2. We Work Out What Matters Most

When everything feels important, it can be difficult to know where to start.

I’ll help you identify your priorities so that your wellbeing feels more manageable.

3. We Create Realistic Steps

Together, we turn those priorities into practical actions that can fit around your existing life and responsibilities.

4. We Review What’s Working

Change isn’t always linear.

We can review what’s helping, what isn’t and what needs adjusting rather than viewing something as a failure because life got in the way.

5. You Become More Confident in Your Own Decisions

Ultimately, the goal isn’t for you to become dependent on a coach.

It’s for you to understand yourself better and feel more confident making decisions about your own wellbeing.

My Approach to Wellness Coaching

I believe you are the expert on your own life.

My role isn’t to tell you what you should be doing.

I’m there to listen, ask useful questions, help you make sense of what’s going on and support you in finding a realistic way forward.

You remain in control of your decisions and goals throughout.

My approach is:

  • Personal – because everybody’s circumstances are different.
  • Practical – because any changes need to work in real life.
  • Supportive – because change is easier when you don’t feel you’re doing it alone.
  • Non-judgemental – because wellness shouldn’t be about guilt or perfection.
  • Whole-person focused – because sleep, stress, lifestyle, energy and emotional wellbeing don’t exist independently of one another.

Combining Wellness Coaching With Biomagnetism

My wider work at Bibi McGee Wellness is based around looking at wellbeing as a whole rather than focusing on one isolated symptom.

Alongside wellness coaching, I specialise in Biomagnetism, a non-invasive methodology using pairs of therapeutic magnets placed on specific areas of the body.

For some clients, combining the two approaches can provide an opportunity to consider both their physical wellbeing and the lifestyle factors that may be affecting how they feel.

For others, coaching alone may be exactly what they need.

We can discuss what feels most appropriate for you.

About Me

I’m Bibi, founder of Bibi McGee Wellness.

I’ve worked in health and wellbeing for more than 20 years, and my background has given me a strong appreciation of just how interconnected our physical health, stress levels, lifestyle and emotional wellbeing can be.

What I’ve also learnt is that people rarely need more judgement or another impossible routine to follow.

Sometimes they need someone to listen, help them make sense of everything and support them while they work out what is right for them.

That’s the approach I bring to wellness coaching.

Ready to Make a Change?

You don’t need to have everything worked out before you start.

You may know exactly what you want to change, or you may simply know that you’re tired of feeling the way you do.

Either is a perfectly good place to begin.

If you’d like to find out whether wellness coaching could be right for you, book a session or arrange an initial discovery call.
