Welcome to bibimcgee.co.uk (the “Website”). This Website is operated by Bibi McGee, a sole practitioner trading as Bibi McGee Wellness, based at East Wittering, West Sussex, PO20, United Kingdom.

By accessing or using this Website, booking an appointment, purchasing products from our shop, or downloading our e-book, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Website or our services.

2. Services Provided

Bibi McGee Wellness offers the following services and products:

  • Biomagnetism Therapy sessions (in-person, at East Wittering, West Sussex)
  • Reiki (incorporated within Biomagnetism sessions)
  • Digital products, including an e-book on wellness and Biomagnetism
  • Physical wellness products available via our online shop
  • Educational blog content and wellness information

All therapy sessions take place at our treatment room in East Wittering, West Sussex. We do not offer remote or online therapy sessions unless explicitly stated.

3. Important Health & Medical Disclaimer

Biomagnetism Therapy and all other complementary therapies offered by Bibi McGee Wellness are intended to support general wellbeing. They are not a substitute for conventional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

You should always:

  • Consult a qualified medical professional for any health concerns, symptoms, or conditions
  • Continue to follow your GP’s or specialist’s advice and prescribed treatments
  • Inform your practitioner of any existing medical conditions, medications, or implants (including pacemakers) before your session

Nothing on this Website or communicated by Bibi McGee should be interpreted as medical advice, a medical diagnosis, or a claim to treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results may vary from person to person.

4. Bookings & Appointments

Appointments can be booked by contacting Bibi McGee directly via phone, email, or the contact form on the Website. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation from Bibi McGee.

Session pricing is as follows:

  • 1-hour session — £65
  • 90-minute session — £90
  • 2-hour session — £110

Your first session includes a consultation and will typically last 1.5 to 2 hours. Please allow adequate time when booking.

Gift vouchers are available upon request and are subject to availability of appointments.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. However, to respect the time reserved for your appointment, the following policy applies:

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee
  • Failure to attend without any notice will also result in the full session fee being charged

6. Payments

Payment for sessions is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

For shop purchases and digital products, payment is required in full at the point of purchase via the secure payment methods provided on the Website.

All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required.

7. Products & Digital Downloads

Physical products purchased through our shop will be dispatched within a reasonable timeframe following payment. Delivery timescales and charges will be confirmed at the point of purchase.

Digital products (including the e-book) are delivered electronically. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded, except where the item is faulty or not as described.

All products are intended for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content or products without written permission from Bibi McGee.

8. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applicable UK consumer law are not affected by these Terms.

For physical products: if an item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

For digital products: once accessed or downloaded, digital products are non-refundable except in cases of technical fault or misrepresentation.

For therapy sessions: sessions that have taken place cannot be refunded. Sessions cancelled with adequate notice (see Section 5) will not be charged.
